To make calls on your phone, you can simply lift the receiver and listen for a dial tone, then dial the number you want to reach. In a few seconds, your screen will light up and you will see the phone’s ‘Home Screen’ which should have your name or in the case of shared phones, your location in the upper left corner, along with the extension number.
